Call for expression of interest
In frame of the „Integrated Waste Management and Marine Litter Prevention in the Western Balkans” MLPII project, GIZ GmbH seeks for: Short-term expertise: Support on Environmental impact report (EIA) preparation for SMEs in Montenegro
For this purpose, GIZ invites companies with experience in preparation of EIAs and other similar reports requested by the Montenegrin legislation.
The assignment requires experienced and specialized national consultancy company which will assist the advisory of SMEs/start-ups on fulfilling requirements by Montenegrin legislation to obtain production related licences and reports relevant for EIA.
Interested companies should provide the following:
- Proof of company’s legal status (registration and court statement)
- Short company profile
- Number of employees (min. 5 required by the criteria)
- Average annual turnover for the last three financial years (min. 7.000, - EUR required by the criteria)
- at least 2 reference projects in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment and other similar reports and one of them at least done in Montenegro in the last 3 years.

The selected companies who qualify will be invited to participate in the tender.
We kindly ask all interested companies to submit the necessary documentation, which includes a Letter of Interest by 17th of July 2023 to following e-mail address: Ba_Quotation@giz.de reffering to proceeding number: 83443158.
Relevant for compliance with the deadline is the submission of documentation in the e-mail receipt time.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
Note: Please note that only short-listed companies will receive a detailed overview of foreseen tasks.
