Kolašin earns 88/100 in guest satisfaction: 2024 tourism quality report highlight

The National Tourism Organization of Montenegro (NTOCG), as part of the Integrated Destination Quality Management project, conducted an online reputation assessment of Kolašin, in cooperation with the local Tourism Organization (TO) and the company Feel IQM.

Based on 5,224 guest reviews, Kolašin’s overall online reputation has been rated a high 88 out of 100.

Tourist agencies received the highest possible score of 100/100, while camps were rated 97/100. Private accommodation was rated 93/100. Cleanliness and service emerged as the most positively evaluated aspects, while Wi-Fi quality was identified as an area for improvement.

"According to 2024 data, Kolašin's total online reputation stands at 88/100, based on 5,224 guest reviews. Hotels received a rating of 86/100, showing a slight improvement in quality and a 40% increase in the number of reviews compared to the previous year. The review response rate has also grown, and hoteliers are encouraged to continue this positive trend. Restaurants were rated 85/100, with nearly a 3% increase in quality. Guests particularly praised the ambiance and food quality, while drink offerings were noted as an area for enhancement," stated the TO Kolašin.

"Tourism businesses are encouraged to continue actively motivating guests to leave reviews and to respond to comments regularly. This strengthens online visibility and guest trust," TO representatives emphasized.

The NTO, in collaboration with TO and Feel IQM, invites tourism businesses to apply for the Montenegro Quality label.
