Call for expressions of interest
GIZ Office Sarajevo seeks for:
An NGO/Association/Consulting company for the implementation of Low Plastic Zone initiative which are registered at the territory of Montenegro (MNE).
The purpose of this initiative is that through advisory and awareness campaigns, to encourage 750 HoReCa sector businesses, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, and small shops in territory of Montenegro, to reduce reliance on single use plastic items (SUPs), identifying more sustainable alternatives, and highlighting the potential benefits of adopting such measures for their business.
For this purpose, GIZ Office Sarajevo invites legal entities/companies to express their interest, which are experienced with:
- coordinating national or regional scale projects, preferably in HoReCa sector
- plastic reduction and or replacement
- Single use plastic items
The eligible applicant shall be evaluated based on the following documents:
- Legal entity registered in Montenegro (court decision)
- Self-declaration of eligibility on request-signed and stamped
- Declaration of integrity on request-signed and stamped
- In case of tenderer consortium a declaration by candidate
- Average annual turnover evidence (bilans stanja): minimum amount of 25.000 EUR net on average per year for the last 3 financial years required.
- Number of employees (5 min. required)
- The legal entity shall present at least one project in the technical field of tourism / HoReCa sector / hospitality / plastic reduction and at least one project with international organizations/donors in the last 3 years.
- Provide evidence on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 20.000,00 EUR.
