Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is announcing the following:

Call for Expression of Interest

for the tender for “Improvement of Reporting and Coherence of Planning Documents”

The GIZ Serbia, among other topics, aims at supporting the Serbian administration to be better prepared for integration into the EU, especially with regard to a stronger citizen orientation. Taking that into account, support will be provided to the Serbian Ministry of European Integration in coordination of the EU accession process and policy planning. The focus will be on two aspects of coordination: 1. improvement of reporting of implementation of the National Programme for the Adoption of the Acquis (NPAA) which is the central document for planning and coordination of legal harmonization with the EU Acquis, and 2. improvement of coherency of the NPAA and other planning documents.

In order to support the process mentioned above, GIZ is looking for:

a short-term expert with the objective of the assignment to improve implementation of the NPAA through improved reporting on the NPAA implementation as well as improved coherence of the NPAA and other relevant planning documents.

The applicant will become eligible for the evaluation by providing the minimum of:

  1. Evidence on at least one project in the technical field of public administration reform and EU accession,
  2. Evidence on at least one project in the Western Balkan countries in the last 3 years,
  3. Reference projects mentioned above should have a minimum commission value of 3.000 EUR.

Only the eligible applicants will be invited to present their offer.
